Our Tesla sustained serious damage after we hit a deer head on. Living in a small town, it was difficult to find a shop that would work on the vehicle. Through this experience, we realized how it is critical to go with a Tesla certified shop if you have Progressive. The discounted parts & ability to match their labor fees meant they could reach a deal with insurance & our vehicle was not totaled. Flower City did a great job -- the vehicle is as good as new & staff was communicative & friendly. Highly recommend!!!
I only could take my car to Flower City as they are the only authorized dealer for Tesla. They were fabulous. Brannon hand held me thru the process to repair my accident damage and could not have done a better job overall. I HIGHLY recommend FCC for any repair work!
Everything went great at first. They took the estimate. Received my car, set up my rental appt and drove me to the rental agency. They kept me updated through SMS and email about the status of repair and the estimated date of completion. However, this is where things took a turn. My last message from them, Jun 12th, stated that the car was on track for June 19th. No further updates afterwards. Amazing service! I highly recommend! I went there today to see if I can get these streaks off of my car door, and within 5 minutes, they were able to make it look good as new, free of charge!
Love this shop, my car was ready on time and it was even detailed on the inside! Definitely recommend and will be coming back for future repairs!
