We had issues with our air conditioning during the hottest days of season thus far. Using the positive review ratings online for Fletcher Plumbing Heating & A/C we called this service. Although late in the day the office staff was able to send someone out. Tyler was professional and informative. Showed me the problems with my unit and what he needed to do to resolve the issues. Answered all of my questions. He was terrific. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Great local HVAC business!, The technician Jarrod arrived on time ,was very polite . Came to do a tune up on our AC system . Answered any questions I had, along with explaining the outcome of the tune up and any possible issue there was . Overall , Fletchers has been a company my family has used for 25+years , they are very Reliable, thorough, and always professional!!
I hired Fletcher Plumbing to replace the piping in my home. After their work, I noticed that the French drain was overflowing onto the floor where the work had been done. I asked them to return and fix the issue, but their attempt to redo the work was haphazard, and the problem persisted. The technician dug into the foundation wall to make room for the pipe, which allowed water to seep in from the outside, in addition to not fastening the new pipe to the existing pipeline properly. Great service! From Katie getting help scheduled to come the next morning to Tyler arriving right on time and taking us step by step as to what the HVAC problem was.. top notch and very professional! Ask for Tyler he did an excellent job! Thank you.. glad we have a new home for our service needs!
Tyler, our tech, was on time (early actually), knowledgeable and friendly. He handled the routine service (of a relatively new system), plus a few other issues, with excellence. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fletcher or Tyler again (and I signed up for their service contract).
