Always a great experience at both their locations. I chose Flandreau Dental for my toddler and she is easily not nervous after the first visit. Dental Hygienist Jessica is perfect for kids and makes the whole experience fun and easy for them to understand, as well as knowledgeable for the parent. Thanks to Jesica, my hygienist, she does a great job cleaning my teeth, doesn’t prick my gums, does a great job and keeps me relaxed, and makes energetic conversation. Thanks again, Jesica. You’re the best.

This practice refused to see me from a previous balance of $7 remaining on my account that ended up paid once I finally got a letter in the mail notifying me of the $7 balance that in reality should have been written off since it was for a cleaning covered by my insurance and the practice was overcharging based on what insurance would cover.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They treat you like it's their pleasure to serve you. Brenda, the receptionist, always greets you with a smile. Jessica, the hygienist, explains everything so that I can understand it. And Dr Roby makes me feel like I came to the right place to help me solve my numerous issues.

Very helpful, professional and kind staff. Dr. Palmer was so kind and explained everything clearly. I will go back. *If it matters to you the office needs updated interior. Paint, blinds, waiting room chairs and table need replacing. Didn’t matter to me but it might some. Very 80’s. Very clean though.
