This practice refused to see me from a previous balance of $7 remaining on my account that ended up paid once I finally got a letter in the mail notifying me of the $7 balance that in reality should have been written off since it was for a cleaning covered by my insurance and the practice was overcharging based on what insurance would cover.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They treat you like it's their pleasure to serve you. Brenda, the receptionist, always greets you with a smile. Jessica, the hygienist, explains everything so that I can understand it. And Dr Roby makes me feel like I came to the right place to help me solve my numerous issues.
Highly recommend! I had a great first visit at Flandreau Dental for a hygiene appointment. The staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. Unlike other dentists that have tried to upsell unnecessary procedures, this office took a holistic approach to dental care. I will definitely be going back.
