The crew at Fitzpatrick has helped me successfully over many years. They quickly do smaller jobs at a reasonable price. Chris & his team also have fixed three broken water pipes under the concrete slab of three different rental apartments. They are responsive, hardworking, priced very fair & they deliver solutions. Thanks all - from Karen, to Libby, to Chris & his team - a great family business with a long legacy.
I called, they came, and my plumbing issue is resolved! I recommend Fitzpatrick Plumbing wholeheartedly! (I was trying to quickly leave a review, but I just had to come back and add to it, because I am so pleased with the job they did!) They were professional, and so easy to deal with! The price was right, and now I'll never call anyone else! Fitzpatrick Plumbing is the one to call!
What can I say about Fitzpatrick Plumbing, this is the 3rd time they have responded to my " emergency". So, Home Depot's 3rd party delivery & installation left me high and dry refusing to install a washer/dryer stacked unit. They even refused to remove the old one and dispose of it as agreed and paid for. They would not even let me borrow a wrench to remove the water hoses myself. Called Fitzpatrick, wondaful costumer service as all previously earlier calls. They had two technicians' "plumbers" arrive within 15 minutes. They... read more
We've had a problem with one of our toilets leaking into the condo below. The toilet needed to be reinstalled and set with a proper flange and Shane and Austin were top notch. The old plastic flange had been broken and they did the detail work to make sure the new flange was set correctly and grouted in the toilet the way it should have been initially. Shane's service aptitude is off the charts in a time where good customer service seems to be a rarity. Won't be going anywhere else for plumbing services going forward.
How refreshing it was to see a team of such gentlemen respond so quickly! They were completely focused on fixing my problem. While it was a challenge at first, they refused to give up and were successful in the repair. I was extremely impressed with how well they work together and will call them again if a future plumbing need arises. Job well done
