My favorite place for a smoothie, they are all so yummy and the best part is they are healthy so no guilt! The other menu items are awesome as well with good portion size and the price can not be beat for a healthy fulfilling meal. I purchase supplements here as well and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I like to ask questions and they answer the questions and point me in the right direction to achieve the results I’m looking for. I really appreciate a business like this in our community!!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. There is an impressive selection of supplements and health food items as well as made to order smoothies and other drinks. Definitely worth stopping by!

Had my first visit here a month or so ago. Chris, answered all of my 101 questions and proved himself very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel he upselled me on any products, he was very honest and straight forward, which I appreciated very much. I tried a smoothie and it was delicious! Monroe is lucky to have such a place. Thank you!

Hands down by far the best supplement and nutrition store I've ever been to in my entire life! He truly cares about his customers. I have been going here now for a couple years and I won't go anywhere else. I would recommend to everyone there is a spot in Monroe as well as Freeport

High quality nutrition in a small town! The staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I need protein supplements after gastric surgery and the Rule 1 line is the best I’ve found by far!
