I have visited this clinic 2–3 times, and each experience has left me feeling rushed, dismissed, and unheard. Today’s appointment was the final straw. The doctor interrupted me while I was speaking, rushed through the visit, and gave the impression that she did not care about my concerns. I’m frustrated by the lack of clear communication and flexibility. I requested completion of an employer medical certification that did not require an in-person appointment, yet I was repeatedly told I had to come in and pay additional fees. Because of these delays, I was placed on leave by my employer and lost multiple weeks of wages, despite being able and willing to work. I saw the nurse practitioner. I have had migraines all my life. I know what works for me and what doesn’t. She decided to call in what she wanted to call in for me in. I told her I had migraines even being on emgality. I could take sumitriptan but it makes me too sleepy so if I get a migraine at work, I’ll have no treatment until I get home. The doctors and nurse practitioners at this office has been a life saver for me. I did some lab work a few months ago and they caught a discrepancy. It ended up being the best thing to my health! Keep up the great work!!

I came to this clinic hoping to find a place that would see me as a patient first. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have made me feel more like a number, with the clinic finding every opportunity to bring me in for additional appointments (often triggering a copay) even for matters that could have been handled over the phone.
