The office staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr.Erin Hebert was phenomenal. She walked me through every step of my hearing evaluation. She explained the results of the testing in terms I could understand. Dr.Hebert explained options for correcting my hearing. I was given the facts I needed and had all my questions answered. I strongly recommend that if you think you have a hearing problem, see Dr.Erin Hebert. She is an audiologist who manages her patients with knowledge and caring.

CLEAR WITH HER DIRECTIONS TO ME, Made sure I understood explanations of my decline, explained the new wires & ends with 2 instead of 4 holes and adjusted my Hearing Aids to a New Level for Hearing!!! Dr. Hebert is all anyone could ever want in an Audiologist. She is so very kind and personable, and provides great confidence to all patients that they are truly getting individualized hearing care. My brother in law is the one that referred me to her, and I am so glad he did. Her strength is tailoring each person’s plan to their particular hearing needs and situation. It is comforting to know that she will be my Audiologist for many years to come.
Top notch! They treated my 90 year old mother with extra care and kindness and took care of her hearing aid issues. They even cleaned my Dad’s for free because he was there with my mom, despite him mentioning that he has it done for free at the VA. Highly recommend.
Dr Erin Hebert has been great to work with on my hearing issues. My problem was the inability to hear high frequency sounds. This is a very difficult to treat. I have been using my hearing aids for @ 8 months now and feel that they are making a difference in my understanding conversations both face to face and over the phone. Thank you Dr Hebert and Family Hearing Practice for giving me my hearing back!
