Dr. Hebert is awesome. She is both understanding of hearing loss challenges and thorough in her approach and treatment. I highly recommend her for your hearing concerns. She feels like family and we will continue to be her patients as our hearing needs change.
Dr. Hebert and Rhonda in the front office both provide exceptional care. They are professional but friendly and always smiling. If you need an audiologist I would hands down recommend Family Hearing in Roanoke.
The staff is friendly and makes you feel like family. The doctor listens to what you have to say and takes her time. You aren't treated like a number instead of a person. Very comfortable feeling and makes sure you understand everything and are comfortable with the hearing aids and how they are are working.
Dr Hebert far exceeds any audiologist/hearing aid dispenser I have ever had. Being profoundly deaf all my 74 years, she listens and is concerned about my unique condition and goes beyond any other audiologist I have ever had. I am so happy I found her!
I came 1/2 hour late due to my fault of putting in my calendar incorrectly and they accommodated me with no problem. I have had a number of audiologists in my previous state and none of them went over my tests as thoroughly as Dr. Hebert did with me during my appointment. She is very impressive and well studied in this field. I will continue to give her my business.
