I am a very nervous patient when having dental work done, but Dr. A. Jones is understanding and never makes me feel uncomfortable about it. I appreciate her professionalism when working with me. She shows patience . I really appreciate her skills and demeanor. She has called to check on me after hours when I once had a difficult procedure done. That to me meant that she cared about me as a person. An added benefit is that the office staff are always warm when I arrive or have a question.
I just recently moved to the Richmond area in January and it was time for my 6 month checkup. Finding a new dentist can be stressful and scary but I for everything but from Jones. Dr. Jones was so kind and very informative. He does not try to press any products on you and does not fix what isn’t broken. The dental hygienist was a sub hygienist that is there for 6 months. I have never have a more general cleaning with her AND still walked away with my teeth cleaner than I have ever seen them. I would recommend Jones to anyone... read more
The hygienist and Dr. Audra Jones were both personable and professional. Dr. Charles Hackett is a tough act to follow but they stepped up to the challenge. I'm all smiles!!!😃
Based on my sister’s recommendation when I moved to Richmond, I went to see Dr. Audra Jones, and my sister was right. Dr. Jones was wonderful - so kind and so knowledgeable. My hygienist Da’Vette was equally wonderful - she was extremely thorough, helpful, and friendly. I felt valued as a patient even on my very first visit. I am truly looking forward to my next appointment!
Coming in this practice is always an experience for me. The front staff is welcoming and I’m never waiting too long to be seen. My dental hygienist was great and I didn't experience any pain. Thanks Dr. A and staff you did it again.
