Had help with FF for a couple of reasons. One is that we didn't have a bed and we asked that if they could help with a bed, that the bed not be donated due to us having major issues with donated beds before. We got a donated bed with BED BUGS!! Immediately reported it to our FF worker her supervisor told her and I that we would resolve the issue with pest control. The pest control guy only showed the once and we are still having to deal with the bed I never wanted. So thanks FF!
Families First Counseling Services is a company that strives to ensure child safety, help families build a strong foundation and show compassion in times of need. The providers with Families First work endlessly to navigate through barriers with families in order to see the family’s work become successful. I would highly recommend the services provided by Families First to any family in need.
Staff at FF are caring and compassionate. They are responsive and show professionalism. When referred to FF they took action immediately to meet and support all needs during tough situations. FF staff has experience and work as a team throughout the entire agency. They take care of their families and want to see positive growth and outcomes for all. Reunification is Always the goal and FF will work as diligently as the families to achieve this goal.
We had three Families First workers during our almost 3 year experience with them. Only the 2nd worker truly cared about working towards reunifying our family. The other two would simply do whatever DHS wanted and DHS never worked towards reunification. The 1st and 3rd workers both were very rude and condescending towards us. I think that the legislators should take a close look before they renew any contracts with Families First.
Family first is a jock! My boyfriend is dealing with them he’s got a kid from previous marriage, they are trying to bring him closer to his Dad and keep him safe from his dad.. his Mother and him destroyed my boyfriend’s life and they are trying to destroy our kids life..
