Called to have my R-134 Robinair serviced. They accused me of installing the filter wrong. The guy on the phone is not customer service material. Told me he would be by my shop last week. It's now been 2 weeks since I talked to him on the phone and now they won't answer their phones. I recommend anyone other than these guys.
I called factory direct for service, as they are the only local service provider for our tire machines. They came out and inspected one machine, when I asked for them to inspect two. I called for a week and a half straight just to get an answer on when they could come to inspect my tire machines. When they did arrive they didn’t inspect half of the issues, or the second machine. We have used Factory Direct many times and usually without issue. This last time we had them repair some equipment for us and it was a horrible experience. The tech tore it down and then retired and nobody knew anything about it. The parts were hard to get which was ok, but then we kept getting the run-around on when it would be completed. I would ask repeatedly that they just communicate with me and they wouldn't.
