I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Motisi and now Dr. Heather Motisi for many years. I have always felt their care and professionalism was top notch. I would not hesitate recommending this office to anyone who is considering eye care. I also need to mention that the staff is warm and caring. I highly recommend this practice with 5 stars!
We are a family of 8 who have been receiving our eye care here for over 20 years. The staff makes you feel like family. They always remember us from the very first time we walked in with our 6 children who were in Tae Kwon Do uniforms. We have been blessed to have an incredible place with incredible people taking care of our eye needs for so many years! ( I would wager they know who wrote this, lol!)
I was at the eye site vision center for my yearly checkup. As always everyone there was spectacular. This is where my AMD was first discovered and sent to a specialist. Can't thank them enough for their thorough inspection. A special shout-out to Dr Mitosis she is the best I've ever seen.
We have vision insurance that covers an annual eye exam; this office refuses to code the exam as an annual exam resulting in a fairly large charge to both myself and my husband; my insurance company has reached out to them to have them resubmit and they refuse to work with them. Billing person told me to discuss with the doctor who referred me to the office manager who basically took offense with me discussing with the doctor even though I was instructed to do so by billing person.
