I had blurred vision. I was examined and it was determined I had dry eyes. Sounds simple enough… it was suggested that I use unaffordable eye drops. Went for 1 or 2 follow ups and was given several samples (the last time I was told to pick them up. I took off work to go to the new office in New Berlin) and they told me they “couldn’t find any that hadn’t expired” — long story short, it’s a year or so later and I have lost vision. Very friendly and helpful group of employees work here! Dr. Heather has a warm heart and is easy to talk with. I truly appreciate the time she takes, not only looking after my eyes, but me as a whole person.
I have been using Eye Site for my eye exams and Optical needs for several years. Dr. S. is very thorough and the all the care I have received has been excellent.
Excellent care. Now my son and husband are patients. The doctors are experienced in all areas of eye concerns.
Staff is always welcoming and helpful. A nice touch is water, coffee, hot coco available. Insurance processing. Short waits. Critically most important, great care by Dr. Heather Motisi, and formerly her father, Dr. Thomas Motisi. A wide variety of frame styles and all types of care with access to referrals for Cataract surgery, & follow up. Solid business model.
