I never leave reviews but this has to be the worst oil company I’ve ordered from. I’ve ordered oil from export fuel a few times the first time that I ordered the spokes lady was very rude, I shrugged it off and figured she was having a bad day because we all do. Everytime after that I’ve had the same experience with this lady. Low price and quick delivery time…. This year I had a completely empty tank furnace stopped running after a couple hours once everything separated out there was water in the tank….. I called them and spoke to a female, and she was very in denial and offended I even called and just brushed it off. Also, last year I ordered 100 gallons of fuel oil and they delivered me 200 They ended up giving me a very small discount on the other hundred but its still 100 gallon I wasn’t planning on spending. The people at Export oil go over and above in service! We were due for oil today, but they called in extra drives so they could deliver it last Saturday! We really needed it! They are awesome!
I had an emergency where my oil furnace stopped working. My furnace service company said to call my oil company because something wasn't right with my oil. I contacted Export Fuel, where we buy our oil from. Even though they do not offer cleaning services, they told me what needed to be done to fix my problem. They even let me borrow a hand pump so I could get the water out of my tank. Going out of the way to help me was greatly appreciated! Horrible service! Manager called and screamed at me because of her driver’s mistake and charged me $106 for the fuel that her driver pumped that overflowed my furnace. Then she insisted that he didn’t cause the fuel leakage in my house and outside! My house still smells 3 days later! This place is the cheapest to get fuel and I see why!!! Unprofessional!
