Brought them several saw blades, a dado stack and a set of jointer knives on a Monday and needed them back on Friday. They had them ready a day early and I'm certain the blades are sharper now than when I took them out of the package brand new. Prices were very reasonable as well. I will be using them for all of my blade sharpening in the future. Great company and very easy to work with.
Quality, quality, quality. These guys do an amazing job at Expert Die, and the customer service is always super friendly, and very helpful. I install flooring, and go through quit a few blades between the table saw and miter saw. Blades are not cheap. So they save money, and the blades come back literally sharper than when new. No exaggeration. I will continue to do business with them, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the market.
I have used Expert Die for 2 years and have had nothing but excellent service. Earl is always friendly and reliable. When my saw blades come back to me, they seem like they are sharper than when they were new. I never miss a chance to recommend Expert Die to other woodworkers and friends. Their prices are very affordable as well.
As long as you don't ask them to follow their policies your good. Time After Time which we asked them to share the kerf of the blade after sharpening which according to the salesperson Tony is a favor or a courtesy!!! which is the total opposite of what the manager told me which is their policy!!! Otherwise they will contact you and tell you they will no longer do business with you!!! Wow!!!!!
I have been getting all my cutters sharpened here for many years. They are always very consistant and I always know they will be just as sharp as when they were new! They also have a great selection of new cutters! I have been in a bind on a job before and I was able to get a cutter that would work without having to order and pay overnight shipping.
