This was our first time with shipping our car. To say I was pleased does not seem like enough. They called us a couple of times to let us know where they were and when they would arrive. They picked the car up in Naples FL. on Tuesday and we got it Thursday at 6:45 just when they said it would be there.

Fantastic automotive transport and repair. I have been shipping my vehicles with Erin for years, never had any problems. I also am a long time customer of the shop. Tony and crew are some of the best mechanics around! Reasonable price and honest service, would recommend them to anyone!
Extremely unprofessional!!! Called to get quote for a cross country move and the guy proceeds to tell me an ridiculously above market price. After I tell him what the market prices that I have been seeing, homeboy then laughs in my face and tells me to go with one of them and that my car will sit for 3 weeks on the board..... 15 minutes later I found a company that would ship for fair price.
Very unprofessional! Started off with what I thought would be a positive experience. Communication was strong. Even arrived early to pick up the car. Car was picked up Sat 3/31 and confirmed delivery on Tues 4/3. After waiting the better part of the day and not hearing anything from the driver, dispatch or the broker I decided to call myself. No answer on the phone. No return call. No text back. After a few hours received a call from broker Paul who stated the driver was behind schedule and will arrive Wed 4/4 between 6-8pm.... read more

You hired a broker to arrange to transport your vehicle. Your broker contracted us 3/22/2018 to pick up your vehicle on 3/31/2018. Your broker had the delivery for 4/6/2018. This complaint should not be to Erin and Bills we did everything as our contract stated. I can send a copy of the dispatch contract from your broker to us.As far as communication when you called we explained this to you . Customer an others beware. Erins and Bills Transport .If you contract them to haul your snow birds beware they use out side tow company to haul your cars to your home an then they pay them an when they find out your car was delivered then they stop payment on the credit card then they will not pay these out side tow companys . Always make sure how your cars will be getting to you and other tow companys please get your payment only by cash DONT NOT ALLOW ERINS TO PAY YOU BY CREDIT CARD. They will do STOP PAYMENT on you .
