She's very knowledgeable and has answered all my questions and remembers little details that really make it personal!

Erik and his staff are just simply amazing! They also care about the community by getting involved and supporting us! They go above and beyond and are soooo nice!! In my over 35 years of driving I've never met such an awesome office and staff! They really do care about us! If you ever need home, rental or car insurance Erik is the only office I'd highly recommend to go to right here in Palmer!

I know this is a very busy time of year with everyone getting ready for summer, especially the motorcyclists that want to ride (legally with insurance). Called today and Katie answered the phone. Through some sort of witchcraft she immediately had all my info and was able to answer all my questions/concerns. Also communicated additional information that I wasn’t even thinking of…. Very knowledgeable and professional. Can’t believe the person taking calls is also the one with all the knowledge. Thank you
