DO NOT use Frontier Realty for anything. They are so dishonest. I regularly rent airbnbs. This last trip I tried a new airbnb managed by Oriana Gettman at Frontier. I wasn't able to get in to the unit after an 18 hour drive from Oregon and was not able to get ahold of anyone so I had to rent a hotel room. I asked that they reimburse the cost of the hotel room, which she promised to do. The rest of the stay was not great. The TV didn't work, there was no toaster, there are still air conditioners in the bedroom windows ... read more
As a rental property owner. Very disappointed in the property management service right from the start. So many promises only to get you on board. No return phone calls or emails. Work that was supposed to be done was not done, even though addressed by myself and my tenants. Repairs requested were left undone and again, no return calls or follow up even when I went into the office to ask about them. ***This is an updated review, I made this review with prior staff and management and I can say since this post things have started to pick up way better than before. I would like to say at first glance the apartment I am currently renting out and the staff, was amazing. They were so nice and understanding and helpful. They’ve been doing a great job managing our rental property!
Inept, negligent, unqualified and unprofessional do not even begin to describe how horrifyingly bad this property management team is. Oriana and Andrea take zero initiative to solve problems, communicate issues, and are happy to just run your property into the ground. They have no knowledge or capability to handle repairs, live up to their contractual obligations, or hold renters accountable to their lease.
