Horrible!!! They take zero responsibility for what goes on after a meter replacement. Replacement was not my choice, initiated by my municipality, and now I have had to replace an entire house manifold system. Spoke to a field superintendent and never heard back from him. When I called him back he said it was their responsibility, the same response as the municipality. Everything worked fine until they worked on it. Horrible customer service and a typical "not my fault" contractor.
One of Envocore's workers was extremely rude to my husband and I. The worker stopped the truck on a hill and told us to go around it. We explained that we could not see what was coming from the other direction and asked the truck be moved to the top of the hill or out of the road. The worker told us no and walked off.
