It’s unfortunate that I’m making this review. I was hoping to receive care from the physicians at this office based in their reviews because they all seem phenomenal. It’s been hard to find an ENT in PA with great reviews. So this is very disheartening and frustrating to me. They accept my primary insurance but not my secondary insurance. I had asked if they simply could just bill my primary or be self pay. I’m unfamiliar with how insurance policies/companies work. I saw Dr. Witt. This by the best doctor I have seen in my life. He is funny. I couldn’t help but to smile and laugh at the jokes he made. He has great bedside manners. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything clearly. He addressed every single concern I had and took his time. I highly recommend ENT surgery group especially Dr. Witt.
I was unable to breathe through my nose, couldn't taste or smell for several years. I decided it was time to have my nasal polyps removed. Dr. Witt did an excellent job removing my polyps. The process from surgery until my last post op appointment was only 4 weeks. I feel healthier, can think more clearly, can breathe through my nose and I'm even able to smell and taste again. ENT Surgery group has friendly staff and great doctors. Dr. Witt was wonderful with my son, making sure he was comfortable, answered any questions he and myself had, and overall very accommodating. I would highly recommend!
TLDR: Rushed appointments, distracted providers, greedy practice. Accused of a past due balance before the first bill came in the mail. All they want is your money. They don't care about you. I wish 0 stars was an option. I wasn't going to write a review since my experience here was so poor that it sent me into a panic attack in their parking lot but I feel I must warn others.
