My first exposure to the ENT Surgery Group was a visit from Dr. Witt while I was in the hospital. Excellent bedside manner. Gave me an explanation of what he was going to do, treated my issue, and suggested a follow on per the attending physician's recommendation. Went to the follow up 2 weeks later. Office staff was efficient and thorough. Overall, a very positive experience. Would recommend ENT Surgery Group as well as Dr. Witt.
Dr Vander Ark is thorough and attentive. I felt validated and cared for. The nurses are also wonderful. The only thing I would improve is for the office to answer the phone more promptly, and also for the sign outside to be more prominent. I had trouble finding the office the first time, so I called, couldn't get in touch, so then I was late had to reschedule for a month later. So that was difficult. But other than that it was a good experience.
Great experiences for my Daughter on numerous occasions with ear infections. Staff is very pleasant and the doc has a great sense of humor! Treatment was recommended first and was effective. I appreciate this b/c others went directly to surgery. Highly recommended!
Dr. Vander Ark is an excellent surgeon and did my recent sinus/septo surgery. I had like 5 different things done and my recovery has been smooth. He takes the time to answer questions and you can tell how meticulous and knowledgeable he is in his specialty. Nurses are nice, efficient and knowledgeable too. He has a strong reputation in central PA and I highly recommend him and his practice staff for ENT.
Dr Witt is amazing. I’m very confident in his work and he has great bedside manner. He’s also great with kids. I’ve had 3 kids need to get their tonsils removed and have had excellent experiences with all of them. The nurses were fantastic, and all 3 recovered very nicely and can breathe so much better!
