I saw Dr. Witt. This by the best doctor I have seen in my life. He is funny. I couldn’t help but to smile and laugh at the jokes he made. He has great bedside manners. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything clearly. He addressed every single concern I had and took his time. I highly recommend ENT surgery group especially Dr. Witt.

I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received at ENT Surgery Group. Despite managing a challenging vestibular disorder that needs more research for better treatment, Dr Vander Ark and his team do an amazing job educating me and are willing to try different approaches to manage symptoms. I truly appreciate working with a team that is open-minded and passionate about making their patients feel better. I would highly recommend Dr Vander Ark and his staff to anyone dealing with vestibular disorders.

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with ENT surgery. Dr. Witt is very knowledgeable and kind. We have had fast response times with any questions and have been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. I would recommend ENT surgery to anyone who is in need!

It’s unfortunate that I’m making this review. I was hoping to receive care from the physicians at this office based in their reviews because they all seem phenomenal. It’s been hard to find an ENT in PA with great reviews. So this is very disheartening and frustrating to me. They accept my primary insurance but not my secondary insurance. I had asked if they simply could just bill my primary or be self pay. I’m unfamiliar with how insurance policies/companies work. Had an issue ongoing for several months. Was referred here by primary doc and the fiasco of egos began. They didn't get info from primary, so couldn't make an appt. 5 calls later, I get appt with a nurse - for a problem that 2 other docs treated and couldn't resolve. Obviously she started with what was already done - going home with the same issue and no relief. Waste of time. Didn't listen, didn't care.
