My experience was so positive and markedly impressive. I don’t know who leads this group or office, but they have the most incredible culture. They are genuinely nice and personable while being efficient. My first positive experience was calling and getting a quick appointment. While on that call, I asked to speak with billing, and the individual was helpful and kind. So often that is not the case with billing and finance roles. This place is hands down one of the best. I was concerned about my throat, and was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. Upon examination it was discovered I may have cancer. Dr. Vander Ark was able to get me scheduled for a CT scan about 2 hours later. We also scheduled a biopsy less than a month later. The staff was very helpful, caring, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We are thankful to have been referred to Dr. Witt, ENT Surgery Group, who not only has a sharp medical expertise but also a fantastic sense of humor. We had the worst experience with Dr Witt today. I am sure he is a very competent doctor and surgeon, but he should absolutely NOT be working with children. My 5 year old son gets really scared because of a prior traumatic experience needing stitches after he busted his chin. He was nervous today, not throwing a fit, not out of control, not even crying. I am very pleased with the care I received. Dr. WITT took the time to explain everything to me. If I have problems between appointment, he is more than willing to get me in. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure to work with
