Got an appointment pretty quickly. However, after months of dealing with ear problems & different medications, I decided to go to the “professionals”. I went. The doctor was not as funny as he thought he was during the visit, and came off as pushy and sort of rude. He said my ear problem was actually a jaw problem and it was psychological (everything muffled in my one ear). Suggested I try a mouth guard when I sleep, though I never grind my teeth. I tried it. Called to schedule an appointment. Receptionist I spoke to very rude. Will not be seeking an appointment at this location. I called to ask how much it would cost to pay out of pocket for an appointment. Receptionist told me the prices and hung up without offering to schedule or any further information
Got appointment within 2 weeks for congestion related hearing loss. Couldn’t have been happier with service and treatment. Saw 4 different people including extremely pleasant Dr Witt who took immediate care of my problem. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing their service
I LOVED Dr. Vanderark. I did NOT love Dr. Witt. Dr. Vanderark recently did a complicated surgery on a cyst in my neck and he was so professional and well-informed. My experience was fantastic. However, before seeing Dr. Vanderark, I had a consult with Dr. Witt. He openly mocked “academia” (not something you wanna hear from your doctor lol) and didn’t want to run any imaging before cutting my neck open.
