I have never had a company promise so much and deliver so little. I have been in construction and real estate development for over 30 years, and these nice folks from Iowa have been one of the worst mistakes of my professional career. If they are willing and able to go out of their way to provide absolutely none of the product support promised to an experienced professional like me, I shudder to imagine what kind of abuse they would put on an ill-prepared homeowner.
