They're worth it. They're incredibly kinda and communicative. We got the inspection report super fast (they typically provide the inspection report same day). The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and Scott was great to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand

Scott is super honest about what he sees. The home he inspected for me was in worse shape than I thought and he offered to end the inspection early and refund part of the cost.
