I was really impressed by their immediate service. Short story, my wife called and let me know our garage door wasn't working at 5p. I got home at 745p. Called Elite at 830p. Johnnie was at my home at 9p. Johnnie changed out both springs, he was extremely professional, and had a genuinely kind demeanor. He's leaving as I'm leaving this review at 929p. Outstanding service! Exceeded my expectations! Wow, wow, wow! Extremely impressed! Great Job, Elite! You have a great employee!

Elite showed up to confirm measurements.. which went very quickly. The tech was very professional and personable and able to answer all my questions. He very patiently went over the entire process of replacing the garage doors, the entire process took less than 20 minutes. So far so good.. Update! Both garage doors installed today. Johnny was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable; he was able to diagnose what was wrong right away, and did an Impeccable job installing the retainer. Even had some good advice on my mouse problem (since the cause of that was the weatherstripping on the door) Will definitely be using Elite next time I have an issue, and hopefully they send Johnny again 🥳

Johnny from Elite Garage was a pleasure to work with! He came over to replace 2 torsion springs and did a great job. Elite’s price was fair and they came out promptly. We will use them again!
