Deb and her staff were always there to keep us calm during the paperwork stage, and to help us negotiate all the steps leading to our closing. She even shared her knowledge of buying a home out of state and what we could expect in the current market. There was never a moment when we questioned our decisions, because we had excellent guidance the whole way. Only wish she had a license here in Florida to help us at this end.
