My husband passed away peacefully at home. I found Joe Eernisse from start to finish very helpful. I had no prior arrangements and when Horizon Hospice called Joe showed up in early A.M. morning hours. Met with my family next day and walked us through everything patiently. Cremation and Church services arranged, burial dates set up, helped with obituary, caterers suggested. Set up day of funeral with his competent staff. My husband passed unexpectedly and this was a place on my work line of travel. I called during non business hours. Rebecca was so amazing and helpful. She gave me a real vip approach to dealing with the plans. I knew instantly that Eernisse was a fit for us. From the moment that we walked in to Eernisse Funeral Home in Cedarburg on that March 2024 day to preplan 2 funerals with Tami, my family and I knew we choose the right place. Little did we know that 4 months later we would end up finalizing the arrangements for my father.
