I had a very good experience with Eastern Radiologists on 5/7/2023 My doctor called and had them fit me in for an ultrasound. Linda made the check-in very easy, and my technologist, Emily, was very professional and answered all my questions and explained what she was doing. Both ladies were very pleasant to work with. I was in and out in a very short time. The waiting room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
Everyone was nice and professional. They explained everything in a way that we understood. Beth Rn ,Lori S.,{xray), Chelsea was very nice. We had a good experience.
Good luck trying to get a hold of someone over the phone. Goodness, it took over three hours to get someone to transfer the bill to my insurance company. They will try to bypass my insurance and get me to pay 100%.
