What a fabulous office all around! I had a procedure with Dr. Sanchez and I am very grateful for his kind, tender hearted demeanor. He is articulate and takes pride in caring for the whole patient. He explains the science of dental procedures with a focus on making sure you understand and are in a good place with the uneasiness that a dental procedure can sometimes elicit. This positivity trickles into the office staff and dental staff treating you with dignity and care. Thank you for a great experience!
I highly recommend East Endodontic Dental and am glad that I was referred there. Cindy worked out all the insurance details before I entered the office and was very pleasant. The place is immaculate. Dr. Sanchez is a master at his craft and a very caring professional. He carefully explained my options and everything he did during the root canal before proceeding. His assistant was also great and they worked effortlessly together. I don’t usually do reviews, but my experience there was so good I felt that I had to.
Dr. Sanchez had amazing bed side manners. Very thorough when explaining the x-rays and broke the pictures down in simple terms. Advised me I would need a simple filling when the first dentist I saw was ready to give me a root canal. Office was also super clean, had high quality machines, and the rest of staff made the experience seamless. Happy I got my second opinion from Dr. Sanchez!
I’ve never had an experience quite like the one I had at this office. When making the appointment and leading up to it, everything was very easy and the person on the phone was very helpful and informative. Dr. Joubert and his entire team are incredible! I went in for two root canals, and both experiences were peaceful and even relaxing. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home with their friendly and caring approach. Dr. Joubert took the time to explain everything and was incredibly gentle throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
