PROFILED BY THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The audacity of the experience I just had here is still blowing my mind right now. It started wonderful in the surgery center as my daughter was to have a tonsillectomy. Everyone was great. The place looked nice. We checked in and were brought back pretty quickly. Everyone was friendly and went over the rules what to expect and post op. Brought us our paperwork, prescription, a cute stuffed bear and certificate and even a kids bible. After ALL this. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I got my deviated septum repaired a few months ago and have had a infection in my nose since surgery... Told me stitches would dissolve in a few weeks... it's been 5 months and the stitches are still in my nose. Even got staph infection and almost died. They do not care about you your problems or your health. Please go else where.
I cannot say enough good about my visit here today! There was literally no wait. Everyone was extremely friendly. My co-pay was accurate. The diagnosis was fast after a few examinations, I am so glad I was referred here! Follow up scheduled
The ear nose and throat of coffee county does not listen to the patient. When they have concerns it's what they say and nothing else.
In July, I noticed a sensitivity issue with wind and my ears, and the ENT Clinic got me in that same week to be seen. Several weeks and visits later, I had a wonderful surgery experience this past Monday. The surgeon listened to my needs and preferences and gave his expert advice, and the recovery process has been smooth. They gave appropriate pain management for a tonsillectomy/ adenoidectomy (which has been an issue with previous surgeries, especially as a woman), and the ear tubes seem to already be restoring my hearing ... read more
