I rented from Eagle realty my lease was up and they asked my how long i would like to renew for, l told them give me 20 years . As I had already been there for 8 under another landlord , but Eagle had just bought the building.they said they would prepare the lease, sometime later I noticed in the newspaper a liquor store applying for a license and they were giving my address.I called them up and asked if I was getting the boot,they told be not to be mad and leave that they might not get the license.
