A tree fell on our 20 x 20 ft screened porch.....causing severe damage including a 1 1/4 inch twist....We were assigned E F Yates by our insurance company. Ellwood and his team were amazing. They worked meticulously to put our porch back together which was no easy task. No one would know the damage had occurred. Recommend Highly!

I had a water leak in the wall between my bathrooms. After mitigation was done to dry everything out E. F. Yates Construction came in and put everything back together better than it was originally. I would highly recommend them for repairing your home whether it’s damaged from a water leak or has major damage from a fire.

Worked with Elwood and Rick after our home had some fairly extensive water damage. They were great to work with. They were on-site for the insurance adjusters walk though and ensured all damage was accounted for in the estimate. They have outstanding subs that they work with that made the process smoother. I even had them take on several side projects while they were tackling the major work. Highly recommend!

I worked with Elwood and his team at E F Yates on my house renovations after a sudden pipe burst caused severe water damage. they were professional, communicative and did a wonderful restoring my home to better then it was before. After dealing with contractors that left our house nothing like we expected. EF Yates came in and did a great job. Both my wife and I were very pleased. We also used them at my son in laws house. Again the job was completed in a very professional manner.
