Needed a side piece for our sub-unit at our pizzashop and even though a 'small' job, Al was SO helpful along the way the entire time! He went above and beyond and provided AMAZING customer service the entire way. He made time to come out and measure and bring it to us and put it on. We had E&E make a cowboys logo wall hanging for my father for Christmas. He LOVED it! Wonderful quality and so unique! The customer service was amazing as well.
Ordered 2 4’ and 1 3’ poles with a 6” base. E&E made them with a 3” base. Charged $80.00. Took them back explained the problem and and once again requested a 6” base. They added that but charged us another $125.00. Wouldn’t even apologize. As these were for a commissioned project we had no options.
