My husband and I love Dublin Farm! We go with a group of friends every year and always have a blast! All of the girls have decided to take the cooking class next time we go, which I am really looking forward to.
This was a weekend/holiday getaway for my family and it was definitely a treat. From the moment we called to make our reservation, I knew it was going to be a pleasant trip. Heinz is extremely welcoming and made us feel like we were actually coming "home" for the holidays. He even came out to greet us when we arrived. Maria,owner/chef,is the best cook I have ever met.A true Italian,but with our southern hospitality entwined.Heinz and Maria are a PERFECT Couple with some of the best food you will ever put into your mouth.You will feel right at home here.It is Italy at its best,if you can't make it there,do the very next best thing,go to COME HOME TO THE COUNTRY!!!
