The staff at Duane’s has been excellent!! From picking out the perfect flooring for our lodging and event center, complimentary tiles for the bathroom, to helping us pick the colors to paint our place. They are willing to take the time needed to reach the decisions needed in designing your space. The quality of products offered are above our expectations. If you ever wanna get great customer service you need to go to Duane’s carpet outlet. Debi was over the top at helping me pick out the tile for my bathroom. It’s absolutely beautiful and I can’t thank them enough for giving me a fair price and a wonderful product. I also enjoy shopping in their store. They always have some really interesting and unique items to buy.

Duane’s Carpet Outlet is always the place I go for flooring. Debbie & Gloria have been great to work with through our home remodel. They gave us advice on our choices, were patient as we worked through making choices, and so attentive from start to finish. Very grateful for their professionalism and quality service!!
