Both the office manager and the technician were helpful in explaining how everything would be done. The technician was punctual and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He took before and after pictures to show what needed to be done and his completed work. We received the pictures via an email after he finished.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The tech that arrived was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He showed me all of the diagnostic information before and after he completed our service. I would definitely recommend Dryer Vent Wizard of Springfield!

Arrived on time and explained exactly what was done. It’s reassuring to know the dryer vent is clean because when not maintained can be a potential fire hazard. I highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard.

I contacted them via their main number for a simple dryer vent cleaning. The person that answered the phone was vague on details and told me I had to have someone come out to inspect my dryer vent before they would recommend any work or even tell me how much a vent cleaning was. The charge for this inspection is $39. I didn't like the vagueness and decided to continue looking for other services. Brian (local manager) calls me a couple hours later and does offer a better explanation of the inspection process and service. ... read more
