Initial contact was with a call center, which was fine. Later in the morning Brian from the local franchise reached out, walked me through everything in detail, and confirmed same-day service. Our technician was Austin. He was on-time and a pro. My vent needed to be replaced, as I fully expected. Austin completed the project quickly and professionally. The price seemed quite reasonable, and I would absolutely reccomend these guys. Great communication, great workmanship. Can't ask for much more than that,

Just had a great experience and I can highly recommend them! They specialize in dryer vent cleaning and show you before and after tests to prove the work they’ve done and to see the difference. The communication is excellent, the service is professional, and the technician was very thoughtful. He wore shoe covers in the house and asked at all times if there were any questions or concerns. Our technician Austin Milford was amazing. Came in finished the project with before and after shots of all the work done. Very friendly and felt like he was professional as well as very dedicated to the quality and also his company. Would highly recommend this company. Also had the price for the project before starting with no surprise changes to the bill.

Austin did a fantastic job. His work and attitude were excellent. His workmanship was perfect. The new vent to the exterior was very professionally done! He was also very respectful, friendly and polite. I have seen a great improvement in drying time, also. I give Austin 5 stars!!!! Thanks, Austin.

Dryer vent wizard was excellent to work with. Brian, the manager, was extremely clear and efficient explaining both the process and costs. I cannot say enough about Austin Milford, who came to my home and did the work. Thorough in explaining what he found and what he was doing, as well as a person of integrity. I could not be happier with my engagement with dryer vent wizard. I highly recommend them!
