I've visited the Dry Dock Boat Services a number of times. I'm always satisfied with the quality of work that is done. I've had some issues with others, but at this place you definitely get great service.
I am a first time customer so I was nervous about having my boat fixed here but the worry didn't last long. When they figured out what needed to be fixed they called me and filled me in and were very informative. I appreciate that kind of service.
The level of customer service, knowledge, and attention to detail are unmatched! I will drive my boat the 100 miles from Columbus, Oh to have them do all of my work!

The main reason I went with Dry Dock is because they are the Mercury Out drive experts in the area. When I went here and talked to them about my motor and the issues I was having they knew more about them than anyone I have ever met.
I was really glad that Dry Dock called me back and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done to my boat. they gave me the option to get everything done too while explaining everything very thoroughly.
I am really happy with the guys over the years at Dry Dock. They have taken care of me and several boats. I have had them do everything from major motor work to simple maintenance and winterizing. I know I can count on them to get the job done no matter how big the job.
I have used Dry Dock once so far to have my boat serviced. My brothers use them and I know a couple guys that use them and they do good work. They adjusted the steering cables and winterized my boat. Overall they did a great job and I plan on using them again.
