They came out several times on a warranty claim, a different person every time, asked us to purchase parts we didn't need, costing us over 250 additional then said we needed a replacement of over 3k, never once submitting the estimate to the warranty company. The technicians were not experienced or educated on the water heater. This went on for months. I definitely do not recommend them and have asked our warranty company to investigate their services. Fantastic, timely, and thorough service. We originally used DrainGo through our warranty company and have continued to use them for installations too. Russell was polite, professional, and seemed genuinely concerned with us having a positive experience.
VERY unsatisfied. Would give zero stars if I could. We have been without hot water for 2 weeks waiting on a gas valve for our water heater. A technician came out after one week to replace the valve on a Friday and said the valve that he brought was a faulty valve. They then needed to order another one and after hearing zero updates from them by Thursday we called to check on this and they said they had to order the part from a local supplier and they did not know when it would come in.
