The staff have been wonderful and encouraging with my daughter. The appointments are quick but thorough. They're always willing to take us in if we're a few minutes early or reschedule us quickly when life gets hectic. Highly recommend and will be bringing my youngest in when its time!
I took my 6 year old for a first time consultation, based on the recommendation of our dentist. This office was fantastic. From scheduling, to reminders, to the actual visit. They were transparent on costs and how long treatment would last. All staff that I encountered were friendly and the office was decorated in such an inviting way! 2/14/25- Update! This office is amazing. They are kind and they care about their patients, clearly. I went to several orthodontic consults and as soon as I came to Dr. Drabik, I knew this would be the place I received my treatment. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond for their patients! They have GREAT communication ! And they are very welcoming with NO wait time. I love this place!!! 10/10.
Dr. Drabik and his team are professional and friendly! My eldest grandchild was recommended to Dr. Drabik. My kids got their braces 20 years ago with Dr. Drabik. They have payment plans to help with the cost and offer different options for braces. I would highly recommend Dr. Drabik! There is an office in Gates and in Webster. I also love the Adirondack theme of the Gates office.
You want in, you never have to wait for your appointment. The staff is amazing. My child always walks out happy and knows what to expect the next visit! Love this place!
