I saw Dr Kyle years ago when he first started practicing, and now my son is seeing him too. The care and professionalism have always been excellent. The team is friendly, the office is welcoming, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend.
Everyone there was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Both my daughter and I had a great first experience for orthodontics as this is new for us both. She's excited to get her apparatus and loves the reward system. Dr. Kyle explained things thoroughly and helped ease any worry or questions we had. They listened to all my daughters questions and answered them in terms she could understand. Great experience overall.
I was a patient of Dr. Kyle's circa 2003 and I have periodically come back to the office for minor concerns, usually related to my retainer. I don't live in Sudbury anymore so I was shopping around down south to have a new retainer made and they are charging 5 times what Dr Kyle is charging! And he hasn't raised the price since the last time I was there in 2023. I will always go back to Dr Kyle and his team, their work is excellent and they are wonderful to deal with. So far so good 👍😊 my boy says he likes the doc,only met once but he didn't come back frightened, even though the device(s) will definitely be painful. I went through a similar thing, he's strong and we definitely don't want him going for surgery!!! my son needs expensive treatment, hoping to get assistance from the 3 government health insurance programs that my son is covered under. Very Friendly staff. Dr. Kyle made it a point to ask my daughter about how she felt about getting braces and the process, he was very patient with her as well. She has a difficult time sitting still. Our first visit went very well. I would recommend his office to others.
