Came in because I ate a chip and messed up my retainer. Dr Dressler’s and his assistants were amazing!!!! Shout out the girls in the back. Highly recommend this place! Thank you guys! 💕
We left this office in the middle of treatment. We received poor care and rude office staff. BE AWARE they will do anything to squeeze money out of you. We paid them every month no late payments and then they try to slap us with x-ray fee's. We have insurance and they refuse to bill our insurance company for the x-rays. I even called our insurance company and the x-rays were never submitted. They want us to pay out of pocket $500! I would run from this office!
If I was to recommend anyone to get braces, I would tell them to come here! Love this crew and Dr. Dressler… also teeth came out amazing!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is very rude the billing lady Kimberly does not know what she is doing has an attitude problem and wrongfully sent me to collections. The front desk associate Evelyn never greets me and always has an attitude. They threaten to terminate my dental services because I wrote a bad review before on the office which I will be putting back up. I will start by saying that the orthodontist and all of the dental assistants are great. My husband and I personally used Dr. Dresslers office as teens and that is why we chose this office. HOWEVER. The front desk employee specifically(Ellyn , I believe) is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.
