I had multiple gum grafts done. Dr. Louie is very friendly, easy to talk to, and very good at what he does. All my procedures were relatively painless and much better than I was expecting. The rest of the staff are likewise friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent communication all around. And very efficient in scheduling and keeping things running, but I never once felt at all rushed while I was there either. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it for the level of care and excellence Dr. Louie and his team provide.
I am very pleased with Dr. Louie and his office staff. Every time I have come in has been a positive experience. He did an excellent job on my gum grafting. I appreciate the professionalism in the way they conduct service. The video explaining the procedure was a good addition. My questions when I called the few times after my surgery were taken very gladly with patience and kindness, as they told me I could call them with any I had. I have been to see Dr. Louie over many times to get gum grafting done. Super happy with the results every single time. He's friendly, quick and so easy to talk to even after the appointment.
