I had multiple gum grafts done. Dr. Louie is very friendly, easy to talk to, and very good at what he does. All my procedures were relatively painless and much better than I was expecting. The rest of the staff are likewise friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent communication all around. And very efficient in scheduling and keeping things running, but I never once felt at all rushed while I was there either. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it for the level of care and excellence Dr. Louie and his team provide.
I honestly cant say enough about Dr. Louie. My implant started 3 years ago now and the first bit (the extraction and then the Screw) was as you can expect it. BUT I will never forget that first night, Dr Louie actually called me himself to check up on me and made sure that I was ok. The next year I had my implant installed, not 1 issue and again called me to make sure I was ok that night. I just had my 2 year check up and all looks great he said. I discovered Dr Louie with luck. I was unable to get my tooth fixed by others. I had a terrible abscess from a cracked tooth that ate away my gum - the side of my face was sunken in. I was a mess and a complete embarrassment to go anywhere with no tooth in the front of my mouth. Dr Louie is not just a regular (implant specialist) he rebuilt my gums and put the screw in, he gave me back my life. This man is a genius and scientist to be able to complete this kind of task. Dr. Louie has performed a number of gum graft surgeries over the years for me. I have admired both his gentleness and skill on each occasion. He is very thorough with follow up appointments and aftercare. I was touched when I received a phone call the day after my gum grafts to see how I was doing.
