Dr. Louie has performed a number of gum graft surgeries over the years for me. I have admired both his gentleness and skill on each occasion. He is very thorough with follow up appointments and aftercare. I was touched when I received a phone call the day after my gum grafts to see how I was doing. If you are looking for a periodontist you can trust to provide excellent care, go no further!
Dr. Louie and all the staff have been wonderful to work with. Communication is clear, staff are helpful, and they were able to fit me in quickly for the work needing to be done. I had multiple gum grafts done. Dr. Louie is very friendly, easy to talk to, and very good at what he does. All my procedures were relatively painless and much better than I was expecting. The rest of the staff are likewise friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent communication all around. And very efficient in scheduling and keeping things running, but I never once felt at all rushed while I was there either. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it for the level of care and excellence Dr. Louie and his team provide.
I honestly cant say enough about Dr. Louie. My implant started 3 years ago now and the first bit (the extraction and then the Screw) was as you can expect it. BUT I will never forget that first night, Dr Louie actually called me himself to check up on me and made sure that I was ok. The next year I had my implant installed, not 1 issue and again called me to make sure I was ok that night. I just had my 2 year check up and all looks great he said. I am very pleased with Dr. Louie and his office staff. Every time I have come in has been a positive experience. He did an excellent job on my gum grafting. I appreciate the professionalism in the way they conduct service. The video explaining the procedure was a good addition.
