Dr. Louie and all the staff have been wonderful to work with. Communication is clear, staff are helpful, and they were able to fit me in quickly for the work needing to be done. The dental work went smoothly and I've been pleased with the healing and end result as well. Thanks so much Dr. Louie and Team!
I had multiple gum grafts done. Dr. Louie is very friendly, easy to talk to, and very good at what he does. All my procedures were relatively painless and much better than I was expecting. The rest of the staff are likewise friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent communication all around. And very efficient in scheduling and keeping things running, but I never once felt at all rushed while I was there either. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it for the level of care and excellence Dr. Louie and his team provide.
I honestly cant say enough about Dr. Louie. My implant started 3 years ago now and the first bit (the extraction and then the Screw) was as you can expect it. BUT I will never forget that first night, Dr Louie actually called me himself to check up on me and made sure that I was ok. The next year I had my implant installed, not 1 issue and again called me to make sure I was ok that night. I just had my 2 year check up and all looks great he said. I am very pleased with Dr. Louie and his office staff. Every time I have come in has been a positive experience. He did an excellent job on my gum grafting. I appreciate the professionalism in the way they conduct service. The video explaining the procedure was a good addition. My questions when I called the few times after my surgery were taken very gladly with patience and kindness, as they told me I could call them with any I had.
