If I could leave zero I would. I stayed for 11 more months after my lease and gave them a notice, (since they dont use computers, my notice never got further than the woman who was there). Cleaned the place spotless as far as im concerned considering how the house next door was left during my stay. Tried 3 times to get maintenance to come fix a faulty wiring issue, gave up on it. Had been working with Mary for almost a year, and a half, and shes been great throughout everything! We were fairly particular in what we wanted. Well, it was worth the wait! She had gone out of her way to show us a myriad of homes, with video when possible. She explained many things in the areas we were looking, made the transition much easier.
