Downriver Homes did a great job. I talked to several real estate agents before deciding on who to use. Downriver homes gave me the highest estimate on selling price. Not only were they correct but I was able to get get the home sold for more than the asking price. Very attentive service. I don't live in Michigan so I needed help coordinating repairs and getting the house ready. Malory did a great job in helping out and organizing repairs. Highly recommend using them.

Could not recommend Sydney enough. She was amazing. Sydney was knowledgeable, patient, and restored my faith in real estate agents. She eased my anxiety throughout the whole process of selling and buying our new home. She sold and helped us buy our home in 4 weeks all the while just having a baby.
