The office staff either need better training or need to be replaced. After test results, I was promised that the staff would contact me to make an follow up appointment. After two weeks, and also after two voicemails left by me, I was finally able to make a follow up appointment. When I asked why they didn't contact me, I got no response.
My compliments to Dr. M. Hashem and all of his staff. I had another outstanding today. Everyone was very kind and helpful answering all of my questions. I wish more doctors and their staff were like the team at Downriver Heart & Vascular Specialists. Thank you everyone! Sincerely, J Peters
Love our Dr.. Unfortunately the front desk workers need a class on how to treat people. Absolutely insane they are allowed to be so rude to elderly people. I have watched them treat patients in such a nasty manner. Once you are past them the rest of the staff are wonderful and very kind to patients. Our Dr is so caring n goes above n beyond.. just have to wonder why they allow front desk to be so impatient, condescending and lazy.
Dr.Hashem is truly one the best in Michigan. Outstanding bed side manners to my whole family. Dr. Hashem, has treated my Wife and my son and myself with pinpoint accuracy. I also MUST include all of the staff of this facility, for caring and helping dr. Hashem. I also have to give around of thanks, to Doug Bar, for introducing me to Downriver Heart & Vascular Specialists. 5 Star Service.
I love my Doctor he is very kind,friendly, understanding, and know what he's doing. The staff is very kind as well. I can't complain.
