Within a few hours of us calling during a "heat failure" event at our business, these nice folks (a younger guy named Bobby) popped by our business, spent a couple hours working on the big rooftop heater, and figured out a solution for us. The price was reasonable, the employees were personable and professional, and the heat speaks for itself. My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer (July 2025). I called at 5pm and George showed up on the scheduled time the next day. He discovered the problem was a combination of a maintenance issue on my part, along with a malfunctioning thermostat. My new thermostat is working well, and my AC is back on board! I'm very satisfied with Douglas Mechanical's prompt response!

So easy and professional to work with from start to finish. We contacted them for a quote to replace our very old heat and A/C unit. Jill worked with us to be able to finance and stayed on top of everything. The level of communication and dedication to their customers is phenomenal.
