I loved living at our cute apartment until the rent increases became astronomical. We lived in a DAK owned apartment for 3 years & our rent increased by $400 putting us at a whopping $2,650 for a 2 bed 900sq ft apt. Our little family had to completely uproot our lives due to this owner’s greed. Others in our building who have lived there a decade never received a single rent increase from their landlord - the most infuriating part of it all. THX, DAK!

My mom just sold her DAK condo and moved into one of DAK apartment complexes. The overall application process was very smooth and key dates were met with no delays. Jodi, the interim property manager, has been great to work with and has followed up with us many times to make sure everything is good. The apartment is lovely, getting new paint and carpet before move in. The minor issues we had were addressed promptly by both Jodi and Romas, the maintenance person for the building. I have had a great experience living in a Douglas King property. I have had no issues whatsoever. Their maintenance department has been excellent and open to assisting me move furniture or hang photos on the wall. Jodi, their property manager, is the kindest person who will do everything she can to help you!

I currently live at a DAK property and I have never been happier ! The property is kept very clean inside and out , the other tenants are very quiet and friendly, my unit was immaculate when I moved in , the minor issues I have had were addressed immediately! The property manager Jodi is very responsive , she will climb mountains to assist and correct any and all concerns and matetience requests! I have rented an apartment then a condo from DAK and have been very happy and comfortable. The property is well maintained, Jose in maintenance does a great job, he's prompt, kind, professional and knowledgeable . Jodi , the property manager is easily accessible , always on top of every situation, truly cares about her properties and does a great job.
