I've haad excellent service from Don's for many years. Service is prompt, professional, and friendly. Prices reasonable. They send a service questionaire each time.

I will never use Don's Plumbing (Tomah,) again! I was informed that I had to pay $89 per hr and any parts or whatever that needed to be replaced. They arrived at 11 am and left at 12. ONE hr exactly. I just found out that I paid $253! Nobody told me there would be a $50 charge for the machine they used to unclog the line, nor was I told I had to pay the wage of TWO MEN! STAY AWAY! They don't even deserve 1 star. They don't know how to repair anything--they lie, telling you one thing and doing another. They demand payment but don't fix the problem. I have paid them over the course of 2 summers about $800, and my AC still does not work. They are useless, DO NOT hire them.
