I was seen for a laceration. I felt I was seen in a timely manner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful all around. The Dr. was comforting and friendly. I will defiantly go back to this location of Dr. Urgent Care.

My experience at Doctor's Urgent Care, has always been great. The staff has always been great to me and my family. I wish that I could have them as my primary care doctor. After being treated there, I always feel better. I am more than happy that they are available. I have never experienced any problems there. The staff is always so comforting. Marteesha

I think that the service I received here was wonderful. They took the time to explain everything they did and helped me understand what my insurance would pay for and what I would be paying for. The care was wonderful and made me feel better. I would reccomend these doctors to anyone. I wish they could be my family doctor.

Horrible service. I was literally there from 9:30 am until 4:45 pm. They charged me my deductible even though it was met. My insurance company told me to insist to them that they return my money and that they could call to verify. The representative from Doctors Urgent Care refused to refund my money or to call my insurance company to verify and said that if a refund is due I should have it in about 3 months! Meanwhile, I've paid the deductible twice.

After filling out all of the new patient paperwork, my husband was told he would not be seen by a doc unless he paid a $300 deductible. Rather than arguing and making a scene, he left. I checked with our insurance company and they said as long as the doc is in network (which they are here) all we would need to pay is a $20 co-pay. After trying a number of times to call the urgent clinic (2 hours) I finally talked with someone and she said urgent care is different that primary care and the deductible needs to be met first. took my son to the Doctor's urgent care & my insurance has a $40.00 co-pay for urgent care visits. When I checked out to pay, I was charged $150.40. I was told I had to pay this amount because my deductible was not met with my insurance company. I had no choice but to pay this amount. I called my insurance company the following day & was told my deductible does not apply to office visit & urgent care. I just had to pay my co-pay & should have only been charged $40.00.
