I Love Dockside so much, there is beauty peace and quiet, the neighbors are very friendly and they love pets. I enjoy Walking my Dog Everyday. The Leasing office they are Amazing Dana Sari and Larry are great they went above and beyond for me,Reciving me with a Smile and They always responds to my questions, always helping me and when i first went to see Dockside they where so kind. The guys were amazing. They replaced a Lightning fixture which was beautiful better than the one I had in no time there’s also a really big job that they’re working on in my closet which they said they could probably get done hopefully by the end of the next week so I’m really really pleased with their work and they’re amazing you know I’m so grateful that them they work for the property I’m renting at Dockside Village

in my time living in Dockside Village, there has been a change in leadership at Dockside that has led to a much more positive experience for my wife and I. Both on the maintenance and the office management side, the Dockside team has become significantly more attentive and invested in a positive tenant experience. I believe that future tenants that join us here are going to get what they pay for, and that is hugely important at a time like this.

EDIT: I wanted to respond to their response because theirs is inaccurate and they love to lie here. Why would I lie about somewhere I’m leaving? Maybe tell Alex that works in the office to tell us accurate information when we call and ask how much it is to break a lease. We also couldn’t have seen what our lease said until it was sent to us because once they send the lease after you move in the link doesn’t work after awhile and you have to request a new one. I lived at Dockside for 5+ years until a change in employment meant relocating. I already miss the attached garage more than anything - never had one before and it really gave me the sense of home rather than an apartment. I was 1st floor, so I actually got to plant a little garden outside my door, including herbs...another touch of home! Walking around and seeing everyone elses porches and balconies gave it a real neighborhood feel. It's quiet, secluded and safe, but near everything East Amherst and Lockport.
