The installation went smoothly. The clean-up were perfect. Two months after the install, I had a power outage. My unit did not come on. DM Shaver responded immediately and discovered a battery had been installed incorrectly at the factory and the unit failed. The repair was done and several days later, when the power went out, the unit performed as it should have.

I had the pleasure of coordinating a generator install with Renee whose customer service skills are commendable. In a world of liabilities the folks at DM Shaver certainly are a rare asset!
