Working with Kieth Miller was a very pleasent experience. He treated my mom with the utmost respect. And worked with my sister and I with honesty and dignity. We live in 3 different states. And were never left wondering. We were always very aware of what was happing at all times. And did all the leg work with the insurance company. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable company to do business with.
They were excellent after the tornado on 29 December last year which blew the cover off my shed. They gave me a good estimate that aligned with the insurance company's appraisal. One requirement was to bring the roof up to code, which they did. Weather was cold, wet and windy, but they chose the right days and did an excellent job on recovering the roof. I highly recommend the company based on the team that came that day to properly put the cover on the shed roof.
On this page I have asked for recommendations on a roofer, had some suggestions, but they were having issues fixing a leak around my front door. They didn’t have issues with getting paid and taking my money, but fixing the issue. One was a no-show, even after telling me that they were coming next morning. 2nd tried twice and when it still leaked they wouldn’t return my calls. Keith with Kangaroof was so helpful and made this a no issue experience. The crew showed up Friday morning and completed the roof replacement by Friday afternoon. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
