Such fantastic, quick, professional service! We were having problems with a water heater (element blew) and called them 9:30 am. They said they could be here between "now and noon"! Jayson (sp) and Frank arrived around 11 and quickly diagnosed the problems (element and thermostat). Dimone Plumbing is the best!! Our hot water heater was on the fritz and Toby and Matt came to our rescue! What great guys! They explained what happened and how they repaired it in clear terms that I could understand. This is our second visit from Dimone—perfect and professional both times!
Our first time using this company for our plumbing needs. Two gentlemen arrived to help us with plumbing work. Both were very courteous and professional. Justin was the lead plumber. He is very professional. Provided excellent service and advice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what they would get. From start to finish, this was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I contacted DPI for a plumbing issue and scheduled same-day service because I was concerned about potential damage and wanted to act quickly.
