DesOrmeaux is always there when I need for our home or preschool. Their customer service is definitely 5 stars. They went above and beyond to make sure our preschool was ready to open in August and keep everyone cool, in this crazy heat wave. I will always recommend them because they are fantastic at everything from answering the phone to clean up at the end of the job.

Quick response to my initial call. They also came out the same day on a holiday weekend during a heat wave. The tech kept me updated on his ETA, and once he was here, he had my unit cooling again in under an hour. Very thorough, professional, and organized. Would definitely call again if I have AC issues in the future.

Owner was fantastic and timely on getting my quote back and the installers were here installing the new unit and system in a flash… The gentleman were quiet and very tighty.. thank you Lance and Bret and Caleb my house has never been so cool and comfortable and the new unit is so quiet.

My units ac went out, I got a quote from serval companies these guys were not the cheapest but we’re close. What really sold me was that they laser measured and took their time to ensure I was getting the right product and service. They came out quickly and got the work done fast. Anytime in the future if my AC goes out I will be calling them again.
